Q: How can I get to the Saputo Stadium?
a) By subway : Viau Station (approximately a 2-minute walk)
b) By car: We are located between Pie IX and Viau, in front of the Parc Maisonneuve. From the South Shore, take the Jacques-Cartier bridge and turn right on Sherbrooke.
Q: Is there parking near the stadium?
Yes, underground parking is available in Olympic Park for our fans at a cost of $12 per car.
You can access by Viau, Sherbrooke and Pierre-de-Courbertin. Parking spaces are also available for buses at a cost of 30$ (B1 parking section, entrance on Viau).
Q: Can we buy tickets at the door on game day?
Yes, at our administrative offices (Saputo Stadium) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday to Friday.
On game day, 90 minutes before each game at the Saputo entrance (located on the West side of the field – Olympic Stadium tower). We suggest that you call our office (514-328-3668 or 1-866-955-4672) before going to the stadium in case the game is sold out.
Q: Are there any service charges when buying tickets?
At the Montreal Impact Ticket Office, a $2.00 fee per ticket is applicable when you purchase individual tickets in advance.
For group sales, a $5.00 fee is applicable per order. We can send your tickets by courier at a price of 10$ per order.
If you purchase your tickets with Admission Outlets, service fees may vary:
At the counter:
$15.01 and plus : $4.90 per ticket
$15 and less : $3.90 per ticket
Phone reservation or by Internet:
$15.01 and plus : $4.90 per ticket + $3.75 per order
$15 and less : $3.90 per ticket and $3.75 per order
Q: What methods of payment are accepted when purchasing tickets through the club?
At the Impact offices and on game day, we accept payment in cash, Interac or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). By phone, a credit card number is required.
Q: What are the business hours of the Impact ticket office?
Regular schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but this is subject to change during a local game(contact us for further details at 514-955-4672 or 1-866-955-4672.
Q: Where is customer service located at the stadium on game day?
The customer service counter is located on the West side of the field (Olympic Stadium tower) near the ticket booth.
Q: What age group is eligible for the youth rate?
From 4 to 16 years old.
Q: Do you have any group rates?
Yes, but you have to reserve in advance. Please take a look at our ticket office web page or call one of our representatives at 514-328-3668.
Q: Is there a special section for wheelchairs in the stadium?
Wheelchairs are accessible to the stadium by the 4750 Sherbrooke Street East entrance. Special areas are the Grandstand and Bronze sections.
Q: What is the price for the wheelchair section?
Grandstand section: $10 for adults and 5$ for kids and a maximum of one companion can be with the disable person and that person will pay the same price.
Q: When I have a ticket for a game at the Saputo Stadium, is my seat assure?
Yes, everywhere in the stadium, seats are reserved, with the exception of section 114 "supporter" and it's first come first serve.
Q: Can we bring our own food at the stadium?
No, there are concession stands on site and they accept cash payment only.
Q: Is there a specific place where I could leave my bag or my coat?
No, unfortunately we don’t have any place to accommodate our fans for bags or coats. We suggest that you bring a minimum amount of items at the game.
Q: At what time can we access the stadium?
The gates open an hour and a half before each game.
Q: Can I exchange my tickets for another game or return them for a refund?
No, unfortunately tickets are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
Q: Can I bring a cooler to the stadium?
Coolers are not allowed on the site but food and beverages are available on site.
Q: Is there an Impact boutique at the stadium on game day?
Yes, boutiques are located inside the stadium.
SAPUTO STADIUM REGULATIONS
The following items may not be brought into the Stadium:
1. Alcoholic beverages of any kind and/or drugs;
2. Weapons of any kind;
3. Cans, glass bottles and/or containers of any kind;
4. Coolers and/or food;
5. Strollers: they will be stored at the stadium boutique, at the owner’s risk;
6. Animals, except for guide dogs;
7. Explosives, smoke bombs or other pyrotechnics;
8. Professional cameras, video recorders or flashes;
9. Roller blades and/or skateboards.
It is also strictly forbidden for anyone entering the Stadium to:
1. Speak and/or act in a vulgar, heinous or abusive manner;
2. Smoke;
3. Throw objects or liquids of any kind, in particular towards any person standing around the field and/or on the field;
4. Cause any damage and/or alteration to the building and facilities including but not limited to graffiti, writing, painting, posting advertising on the premises.
Supporters section:
1. The use of flares, smoke bombs, sparklers or fireworks of any kind is prohibited. Fans found in possession of these items will be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest;
2. The use of rigid flag poles is prohibited. Only flexible PVC poles will be allowed in the stadium;
3. The distribution of unapproved pamphlets, handouts, or any other kind of advertisements is prohibited;
4. It is prohibited to install banners in the stadium other than the home team supporter section. The Montreal Impact reserves the right to confiscate banners that are deemed inappropriate, such as any anti-sport, racist, sexist, political, violent or defamatory messages aimed at any group or individual;
5. It is prohibited to throw any objects within the facility;
6. Drums are permitted in the supporter sections;
7. No visiting team jerseys, scarves or any other promotional TFC items will be allowed in the East Grandstand.
Finally, please note that:
1. Backpacks and/or large packages may be searched;
2. No locker room or consignment desk is available for visitors;
3. We are asking the spectators to keep their umbrellas closed in the stands during the game.
