JOEY SAPUTO :: President of the Montreal Impact and the Saputo Stadium
Joey Saputo has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Concordia University. He was the founding President of the Montreal Impact in 1993, when the Saputo Group was sole owner of the team for five years. He was involved in the purchase of the club in 1999 with a group of shareholders. In 2002, he played a pivotal role in the re-launch of the club when the team became a non-profit organization. Joey Saputo also spearheaded the construction of Saputo Stadium, inaugurated in Olympic Park on May 19, 2008.

RICHARD LEGENDRE :: Executive VP of the Impact and the Saputo Stadium
Richard Legendre has been active in politics and sports for numerous years. He was elected Member of the National Assembly in Blainville in the partial election of October 1, 2001, before being reelected in 2003. While he was Minister for Tourism, Recreation and Sports in Prime Minister Bernard Landry’s cabinet, he played a crucial role in the rescue and the relaunch of the Montreal Impact as a non-profit organization, in 2002. Previously, he was Director of the Canadian Open and of Tennis Canada, from 1988 to 2001, where he spearheaded the construction project at Jarry Park from 1990 to 1995. He was instrumental in the stadium’s expansion, which was achieved through public financing and the participation of major sponsors. Richard Legendre graduated in recreology at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières, in 1975. He joined the Impact on August 13, 2007.

JOHN DI TERLIZZI :: Vice President Corporate Sales & Development
John Di Terlizzi is a graduate from Concordia University. He was Director of Sales with the Montreal Expos (season tickets, corporate sales and marketing) from 1993 to 2004. He also has 14 years of experience in the automobile industry, notably as Sales Manager with Ford and Honda. John Di Terlizzi joined the Impact in 2005. He instituted corporate boxes at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex and was also instrumental in the club’s three-year agreement with Radio-Canada television.

VÉRONIQUE FORTIN :: Director of Game-Day Operations & Promotions
Véronique Fortin has a bachelor’s degree in Administration from the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi in 1995. She joined the Impact in 1997 as Assistant to the Director of Operations. She has been responsible for operations and promotions with the Impact since 2000. She was also involved in speed skating during the World Championships. Before joining the Impact, she founded a sports school in Saguenay, from 1990 to 1994.

PATRICK VALLÉE :: Director of Communications
Patrick Vallée joined the Impact in 2003. He is responsible for the Impact’s media relations since January 2005 and is Director of Communications since November, 2008. In his role, he is responsible of media relations, the club website, the team's publications and the organization’s external communications. He was previously in charge of media relations for the Laval Dynamites (2001-2004), the South Shore Soccer Association (2002-2003) and the Quebec Elite Soccer League (2004-2005). He was also a journalist for the monthly newspaper Quebec Soccer (2001-2004). Patrick Vallée obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Montreal in 2002.

MARIETTE DENIS :: Director of Ticket Office
Having completed a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies at the Cegep du Vieux-Montreal, Mariette Denis has 15-years experience in ticketing with the Olympic Installations Board (RIO). She was hired by the Montreal Alouettes in 1996 as Director of Ticketing and Customer Service until 2003. She was a member of the organizing committee and executive committee for the 2001 Grey Cup. Mariette Denis joined the Impact in January 2005. She is presently completing a certificate in Human Resources from the University of Quebec in Montreal.

BRIAN WEIGHTMAN :: Director of Tickets Sales
Brian Weightman worked for the Montreal Alouettes from 1997 to 2005. He was a Customer Service Representative and Control Officer for the Ticketing Department. He also assisted in operations and events. He was also involved in the Grey Cup in 2001 and all CFL home playoff games. Brian Weightman studied in Political Science at Concordia University. He joined the Impact in January 2006.

ÉRIC GIROUARD :: Director of Operations at Saputo Stadium
Éric Girouard held several functions with Tennis Canada over the last 15 years. In his beginnings, in 1993, was events agent, then supervisor. In 2004, became operations coordinator at the Uniprix Stadium. Was coordinating the National tennis centre, and was in charge of logistics during major events: the Rogers Cup, GYM boxing galas, Swatch FIVB Beach Volleyball World Cup, as well as concerts, exhibitions and banquets. Also worked for the INNU NIKAMU Indigenous Music Festival, in 1992. He joined the Impact in February 2008.

STÉFANIE BUREAU :: Director of Marketing
Involved with the Impact on different levels since 2005, Stéfanie officially joined the organization in January 2009. Before joining the club, she held different positions at Saputo having notably worked on sponsorship development within the corporate communication department. She then joined the Bakery division as Retail Marketing Manager. Stéfanie had previously acquired a solid experience in the retail industry, having worked six years for Boutique Jacob Inc. Stéfanie Bureau, who is also a board member for the Association des Cultures du Coeur, has a bachelor’s degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal.

ALEXIS PINARD :: Adm. Dir. of the Academy and the Soccer schools / Exec. Assistant to the President
Alexis Pinard joined the Impact in 2003 as an intern in the communications department. The following season, he remained with the club as an intern, but with Game-day Operations and Promotions. He has been Assistant in Partnership and Promotions from January 2006 to March 2010. Alexis graduated in 2005 from the Arts and Technologies program, at Jonquière Cegep, and is in the process of obtaining a joint bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics from the Université de Montréal. He was also the Quebec delegate for the French Parliament for Youth, in Niger, in 2003.

DANNY HILL :: Ticket Office Assistant
Danny Hill earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the HEC in 2000. He was the Alouettes’ Logistic Coordinator from 2000 to 2004. He was also a member of the 2001 Grey Cup Committee and was an intern with the Montreal Expos’ special events in 1997. Danny Hill is a volunteer for the Club de la Médaille d’or since 2004 and is a missionary for the Jeux du Québec’s Montreal-Concordia delegation since 2005. He joined the Impact in February 2005.

GILLES PAQUIN :: Senior Corporate Account Executive
Gilles Paquin has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McGill University, with a specialization in marketing and accounting, as well as a Law degree from Ottawa University. He is a member of various professional associations and has gathered solid business experience in contract negotiation, sales and purchasing. Throughout his career, he has been equally involved in small and large-sized enterprises, namely with Marconi, the Montreal Expos and Walker Glass. He joined the Impact in January 2007.

MIKE D'ALIESIO :: Account Executive / Tickets & Corporate packages
Mike D’Aliesio graduated in Management from McGill University and the University of Winnipeg. In the early 1990s, he joined a marketing agency that worked on National Hockey League mandates. Mike then worked for the Montreal Expos organization as account executive for the downtown stadium project, from 1997 to 1999. He has also worked in transport and telecommunications as sales representative. He joined the Impact in November 2007.

DANIEL POZZI :: Account Executive / Ticket Sales
After studying urbanism at Concordia University, Daniel worked eight years in telecoms in order management and in customer service. He then joined an aeronautics company where he was responsible for inventory planning. Since 2005, he is vice president of North Shore United, a senior soccer club based in Deux-Montagnes, where he still plays competitively. He has also been involved in Deux-Montagnes Shamrocks annual soccer tournament since 2003. He joined the Montreal Impact on October 2009.

NICOLAS ROCHON :: Graphic Designer
After completing a degree in graphic design in 2001 at Salette College, Nicolas Rochon worked freelance as multimedia graphic artist. Nicolas also gathered experience in customer service with IKEA, CAA Québec and Bell Canada. He was a sports monitor for the City of Montreal from 1989 to 1997 and was involved in the organization of the Montreal Games. He has been Quebec champion in fencing, a member of the rugby team at Pierre-Laporte High School and a track and field coach. He joined the Impact in November 2007.

JOHN PAPADAKIS :: Controller
A graduate of McGill University, John obtained his certified management accounting accreditation (CMA) in 1998. He has worked in a wide range of industries including telecommunications most recently with Ericsson for nine years, accounting services with Ernst & Young and in manufacturing with Maillots Baltex. John plays recreational soccer and volunteers as a coach for a Girl Under-10 A team in Laval. John joined the Impact in January 2010. He is responsible for the financial and accounting considerations of the Montreal Impact and Saputo Stadium.

JEAN-WILLIAM FONTAINE :: Accounting Clerk
Jean-William Fontaine holds a DEC in Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance, from Collège de Maisonneuve. He has worked for Construction Kiewit as accounting clerk and represented the company abroad. He joined the Montreal Impact’s accounting department in January 2009.

LINDA VENDETTI :: Administrative Assistant
Linda Vendetti works as administrative assistant for President Joey Saputo and Vice President Richard Legendre since the Saputo Stadium opening, May 2008. Linda has gained solid experience in legal secretariat, working for more than 25 years in major law firms as well as in litigation for Saputo. She also holds a certificate in Translation from McGill University since November 2007.

MIKE MISISCHIA :: Principal Cashier
Mike Misischia joined the Impact in April 2008 as an intern in the ticket office and on a permanent basis as of February 2009 as principal cashier. He holds a DEC in Sports Marketing & Management from Champlain College in Saint Lambert. Mike plans to pursue university-level studies in marketing.

GINETTE DENIS :: Control Officer
Ginette Denis holds an MBA from HEC Montréal. After a long career as an administrator at the Université de Montréal, she joined the ticket office team in November 2008 as control officer.

LOUISE MC LEAN :: Receptionist Secretary
Louise Mc Lean joined the Impact in March 2005. She is in charge of various administrative tasks at the Impact head office. Previously, Louise Mc Lean worked 15 years with Equifax Canada and also worked in customer service with Reitman’s and the National Bank of Canada.

ADÈLE BRODEUR :: Ticket Office Operator
After working numerous years in library management for the user services department of the Université de Montréal, Adèle Brodeur officially joined the Montreal Impact in March 2009 as ticket office operator.

ANDRÉ "PÉPÉ" PÉRIARD :: Photographer
Pépé is the team’s official photographer since the re-launch in 2002. Photographer since 1975, he has worked for several weeklies and sports magazines in Quebec. He is also involved in Laval’s figure skating club since 1977. Pépé was also involved with the Montreal Manic in the 80s. He participated in an impressive total of 39 Jeux du Québec Finals. Pépé has received several honours in his career, notably the Prix Roger-St-Jean from the Quebec sports media, in 1995.

CAMILLE BACCANALE :: Statistician & Official scorer
Camille Baccanale first started as a statistician in 1977 with the defunct Sud-Ouest Royaux of the Montreal Junior Baseball League. He was involved with various junior B hockey leagues (now called Junior AAA) before joining the Quebec Midget AAA Hockey league in 1987, as statistician until 2003. He is today the league’s historian. From 1996 to 2007, Camille Baccanale was the Vice President of the largest Bantam-Midget hockey tournament in Québec, the Sud-Ouest de Montréal Tournament. He joined the Impact in March 2005 as official scorer and was named the Impact’s statistician in January 2006.

ROBERT TANGUAY :: Public Announcer
Robert Tanguay started his career in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Montreal Junior Canadiens in 1980. He was also announcer for the Verdun Junior (1982-1988), for the Verdun Collège Français (1988-1992), for the St-Jean Lynx (1992-1994) and the Montreal Rocket (1999-2003). He was announcer in the AAA Junior Hockey League for the Montreal Junior (1995-1999) and is still announcer for the Longueuil Collège Français. Robert Tanguay is the Impact’s official voice since the foundation of the team in 1993.
